Legislative Session 2015-2016:
Signed into law on November 20, 2015 as Chapter 453 of the Laws of 2015 – A.7419 (Farrell) / S.5492 (Marcellino) – Establishes uniform requirements for all funds in which tax check-off monies are deposited and requires annual reports relating to the use of such monies.
